Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Ordering the incorrect item or size

• Color preference (unless the wrong color was shipped)

• Minor cosmetic variations, including visible layer lines or slight imperfections that are a normal part of the 3D printing process

DIY Paint Kits

Each DIY Paint Kit is carefully assembled and inspected before shipment to ensure all components are included.

Depending on the kit selected, your order may include:

• One (1) unpainted 3D-printed model

• Paints

• Paintbrush(es)

• Additional accessories specific to the selected kit

If your kit arrives with missing, damaged, or defective components, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the items received, and we'll promptly replace any missing or damaged components at no additional cost.

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, opened paints, brushes, and other consumable supplies cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please provide:

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund after it has been issued.
